    Thanks for your help.

    I was not able to run the Arduino code provided – see the attached “steps followed” for error messages and screen video showing the evive screen problem

    Please let me know if I did not use your provided Arduino code correctly

    Hi Alan,

    As the code compiled according to your document, there is no problem of code. You can check for a few things to remove this problem:

    • Try to connect evive to a different USB hub and upload the program again.
    • If the above solution does not work, try to upload LED blinking example onto your evive.
    • You can also try to upload the code from another laptop.
